Air compressors

Pipe Systems

Pipe systems are a vital component in ensuring an effective flow of compressed air. Good quality, well-maintained systems avoid the problems caused by corrosion – deterioration of tools and diminished flow performance. A quality pipe system works in conjunction with your compressor to provide you with the consistently clean compressed air you need. We supply a variety of pipe work types, including Aluminium, Galvanised Steel, Stainless Steel and Plastic.

Filters

Filtration systems are used to maintain clean compressed air. Filters can be installed to great effect both within the compressor room and at the point of use.

Dryers

Dry air is essential for most manufacturing facilities to avoid risking machine breakdowns. Compressed air has a capacity for holding water but when cooled by the dryer, excess vapour is released in liquid form which is then removed and passed on to the separator for process.

Condensate Separators

The condensate which is removed by auto-drains, filters, and the dryer is contaminated by the oil in the compressor, and cannot legally be disposed of without being cleaned. The condensate separator removes any oil or contaminates from the water, allowing for safe and legal disposal.
